Elon Musk Signature Wall Charger

Wall charger worked flawlessly from old home but when we moved it to new house it didn’t work. I believe it is an electrician install error but since covid I don’t drive as much and new garage has extra 240v outlet so using travel charger. Selling as is BUT I’m pretty sure it’s some type of grounding issue and I don’t want to deal with it.

It does have a small crack on the center bottom faceplate (not broken) but barely visible when mounted. See first pic taken from 3 feet away. No burnt terminals. Ships in oem box with additional packaging foam.
