Hope the 20” wheels are optional. Won’t matter if it’s $98k though, I’ll get the regular AWD.
Induction motor makes sense in every way except overheating problems. Probably won’t matter much as the rear motor gets used way more.

19" wheels will fit over the performance brakes, if the 20" are standard on the performance model 3 you can sell them to someone that owns 18" on the non performance Model 3 and wants larger wheels for looks. Then put the more sensible 19" on yours.

Just know it won't be me buying 19" or 20" wheels from anyone. I'll be running 18" with the aero covers.

That would be a good inference to draw given that Elon indicated that the S would get the new tech first. But I don’t think my wife would be too happy with me if I took her new S apart to check.
