19" wheels will fit over the performance brakes, if the 20" are standard on the performance model 3 you can sell them to someone that owns 18" on the non performance Model 3 and wants larger wheels for looks. Induction motor makes sense in every way except overheating problems. Probably won’t matter much as the rear motor gets used way more.
