Tesla Semi unveil now Nov 16. Diverting resources to fix Model 3 bottlenecks & increase battery production for Puerto Rico & other affected areas.

The reveal is delayed, doubt the Semi is delayed. (Well, actually, it may be. Who knows how tight the schedule was for getting things ready for the event and what resources are pulled elsewhere!)

Also ironic because the car was the reason I wasn't going to buy a new phone this year, I have a strict annual "toy" budget that now suddenly doesn't have a down payment coming out of it until 2018.
