Silly question IMHO. It depends on the specific Tweet itself, tough to generalise.

It is illegal to pump up shares with false information, aka funding secured. Helps in the short term but very harmful in the long term. FSD tweets have been wrong and will continue to be wrong. Tesla will lose a costly lawsuit on failed FSD promises. His attempts to redefine FSD won't work.

Stock down a tad today.

In essence market doesn't give a hoot to any of Musk's proclamations anymore.

He lost his sway.

He might as well stop and focus more on gaining credibility, than making grandiose projections.
