Emergency steering correction?

I’ve been having this issue. My wife is gleeful in telling me that she doesn’t. It happens on roads I’ve been driving on for years. A bit alarming when the wheel squirms and the bell chines. It’s been a regular occurrence since the latest update

Disabled as I don’t want to risk an unexpected “correction”.

The car will still intervene if it senses the possibility of an impact no matter what settings are disabled.

Following my earlier post I managed the get a picture of the screen when the message came up. Again, same road I drive every day and this is has only started happening in the last 2 weeks.

I’m really hoping next update that’s rolling out fixes this as it’s becoming a pita!

I had this several times yesterday. There were no challenging road circumstances and despite the loud alarm and on screen message I couldn't feel any steering "correction" being applied. Hoping 8.2 will fix this.
