Just returned from a 1200 mile trip across Tennessee to EVCCON (Electric Vehicle Conversion Convention) of EVTV fame. The Roadster did great getting me there and back and did wonderful on track day. We had a 1/8 drag strip and autocross set up. I did about 40 runs down the 1/8 mile and was over 900 watts/mile that day. I only lost one race to EV West's BMW that won last year's Pike Peak EV challenge and finished 4th overall. They had a dyno at the conference and the car has an amazing 725 ft-lbs of torque. I lost by less than 1/2 car length and I had a passenger so I still feel very good about the Roadster.

I also squared off against a P85 Model S and went 5 for 5 but not sure I would have still be in the lead if we had a 1/4 mile set up; as the gap was closing.

There were more than 35 conversions of ALL types. All in all it was another great conference pulled off by Jack Rickard and his team.
