Everyone talks about their SA here...who exactly is that?

I have home delivery scheduled for Monday. No real person has contacted me at all. I had questions and called the 800 number, 2+ hours wait to speak with someone, but that person had general info and couldn't answer my questions. I had to try to work it out (financing question and if I could delay delivery by one day) on my own. So I'm wondering who the SA person is that everyone is talking to...where are they in the chain?

Have you not been getting any texts from Tesla? This is your ”SA”. I got text from them on day off pickup that came 4 days earlier then schedule on the app. They’ve been pretty responsive on day of delivery. No so, prior.

Depends on context. In the context that this OP is using it, its "Sales Associate". When speaking about Service, SA = "Service Advisor".
