"Except Home" Door Handles Not Working?

OK, got the recent update several days ago, and found the setting to prevent door handles from retracting at home. Good idea, but doesn't work. Yes the box is checked. Rebooted main screen several times by holding the 2 scroll buttons, no change. Ideas?

Is the setting to prevent the door handles from retracting at home or is the setting to prevent auto-lock at home? I thought it was the latter and although the door handles will retract, the car remains unlocked so a light tap on the handle will extend them.

This. The handle presentation/retraction isn't the same as locking. It remains "unlocked" at home so you can approach w/o the fob nearby and tap the handle for it to present.

100% correct on my 2015 P85D running 2020.24.6.11... Just press a door handle to unlock. No key required.

LOVE this new feature in our 5 year old car!

Ahhhhhh....

A better idea (mine) is just to keep the handles extended, one less motor cycle closer to death (sorry, Tesla service)

I love this feature too. I just told my wife about it. Just gotta make sure you don't leave any valuables in your car in the driveway.
