Executive rear seats replacement cost

Hi all, I am looking at buying a used Tesla model s. There is one for sale near me within my budget but it has exec rear seats that don't fold down. Does anyone know how much it will cost to get these replaced with normal folding seats?

if its just a case of taking those out and dropping in a standard set I would search for "model s seats" on Ebay and see what comes back

Also if it is just a case of swapping them out I'd say you may get quite a bit back for the old seats as they will be very rare

Thank you for the responses. I wouldn't know how to do that so will just wait for another vehicle to become available.
