Exterior dirt after rain

I had my first drive through a rainstorm yesterday and I noticed that the back of the vehicle and much of the sides were noticeably "dirtier" from the dirty water kicking up all over the place. Significantly more than what I have ever experienced in prior cars. I'm assuming it's just the design and that the extra "splatter" on the back and sides is what it is. The back looks like I took it offroading!

I guess this is more an observation than a question but I assume everyone else experiences the same? (I'm not complaining as it's nothing a quick rinse can't cure)

No rainstorm for me, but on my white MY I do notice more dust in the back when I look closely.

agree... The back of the car gets really covered in dirt/dust with regular driving. Add water - and this dirt/dust starts to run and looks terrible....
