External version of Cooper 5754N or Hubbell HBL9450A?

I'd like to get a high quality outlet, but it may need to be the wall with conduit. Does anyone know of an external outlet that is on par with the quality of the Cooper 5754N or Hubbell HBL9450A?

I found this Cooper, but it's $18. I can't imagine it's the same quality as the 5754N?

Why not get a enclosure or something like this ...you can still use the copper or Hubbell outdoor with a proper weather box

Oh, it'll be in my garage. I'm just not sure I'll be running the wire inside the wall or not.

It actually has a Cooper receptacle in it! Though I don't know if it is the "good" one or not?

Does anyone here happen to know or can compare it to theirs?
