I've a 2021 Model 3 Sr+, running a 1200rms amplifier for my subwoofer. Is there any benefit to running a farad capacitor? My car threw a code for low battery voltage or something along those lines once but everything checked out fine by a Tesla service centre, thankfully its never happened again.

What's a farad capacitor? A farad is a unit of measurement.
A large capacity capacitor wouldn't hurt. I see them used all of the time in these kind of applications.

I believe that is meant to mean a capacitor which has at least a value of one farad at whatever voltage is being used (12V - 15V for Tesla applications).
