How much did you put down!? I’ve got the same rate but am paying like 880 monthly.

That's the odd part here. The rates seem to vary person to person and the monthly as well with the same rates.

I noticed that some people are talking about different cars, ie. one was model Y and the other was Model 3...

Also, the taxes would be different in every province and that's probably why. Ie. Alberta no PST, while BC has luxury tax.

How are you all getting 2.65 on 72 months.

I just applied and I'm getting 2.80 on 72 months (RBC)

Ask them to get you a quote from Scotia.
I had 2.8 from RBC and Scotia offered 2.65

I just called the Tesla Montreal location, and perhaps the rep there is not well informed, but he was telling me that the only way to get a rate from Scotia would be to cancel my order and reorder instore with them.

That doesn't sound right. Is there a specific finance team/group that I should be contacting instead?

I have just called Quebec City moments ago, and the rep said that they have no control over which banks provide the financing and suggested that I contact Scotiabank myself. I'm not sure how I can speak to someone who understands how to make this change.

Thanks as well.. Just switched mine from RBC to Scotiabank 2.65%, had to take another credit pull but worth it i guess.

It doesn't hurt to email [email protected] to save almost $2000

I spoke to my sales rep and redid my financing. Went from 3.1% x 96 to 2.65% x 72. Also put more down on my MY.
I would reach out and call your store/dealer (what are we calling these? Haha)
