Ordered Black Model 3 on October 2nd, financing approved October 8th at 2.55% ( RBC, 96 month, $0 down ) delivery date October 16th, have to pick up in Quebec.

Is it 2.55% now? I'm still waiting for mine, but it shows as 2.6% and I ordered Sept 21.

Yes, mine was approved at 2.55% through RBC.

When I use the finance tool on Tesla website I receive an APR of 4.60%

I saw a lot of posts here saying that they got 2.5%, 2.6%.

does that APR go down when you complete the order?

Mine did. It was quoting me 3.5 or something like that and then my actual rate once approved was 2.55. This was a week or two ago.

Are you in Quebec? I was quoted 2.6% on Sept 20th but the interest rate only holds for 30 days, so I need to get reapproved again and if it's gone down. That'd be great.

Im in BC. It told me it holds the rate for 60 days but maybe that varies province to province.

Does the name on the bank draft have to be the name of person buying or can it be from someone else as long as payment is met?

I got approved for a SR+ at 2.6% rate, 84 months and my payment is $680 per month if someone's wondering. Btw, my approval took 20 days and I don't really know the reason lol

I was quoted 2.55% for 84 months or 2.15% for 72 months through RBC on Oct 12. I'm still waiting for my final contract to be sent to me.

I got my car last year at a 3.85% rate with RBC, looks like rates have come down quite a bit since then. Has anyone who financed in the last year or two tried dealing with RBC and got a lower rate for Tesla financing? I got a Model 3 last year in the Fall.

I got approved within 24 hours, it's 2.15% fr less than 6 years and 2.55% for a longer tenure.

Mine took about a week, I got approved and delivery date on the same day.
