Fixing a hole I drilled into the bumper and damaging a threaded piece

I was installing rear side carbon fiber splitters which site on the bumper and are attached with screws and trim tape. The set came with 1 inch screws and the splitter has two holes at the bottom. I prefer not to drill into my car however since the bumper is plastic and tape alone might not be sufficient I installed one side. When I got to the second side I realized the existing screws that attach the bumper to the plastic bin align perfectly. Now I want to repair one side.

Basically I need some way to repair the threads that I drilled threw with the screw.
