Bring a flashlight, preferably a nice LCD one. It's in a dim parking garage. The flashlight is a great inspection tool.

Any benefits to going to Burbank over home delivery? I'd hoped for inspection and fix onsite, but it sound's like that's not an option?
I would go to a delivery center if only for the reason that I could reject the car (more easily) versus a home delivery.
I had a home delivery last week and the car was pretty much fine (except for a couple issues), but in the back of my mind leading up to the delivery I was wondering how easy it would be if I needed to reject the car if I needed to...
There are employees onsite. They're there mostly to resolve issues and NOT to provide any type of tutorial.

When I spoke to my SA she said they don't resolve issues on site at Burbank, but I guess I can chalk that up to SA stories.
If it's a simple fix, they'll help. If not, they'll direct you down the street.

If I recall, shipments arrive 2-3 times a week (M-Tu-We/Th). Based on your OD, yours probably won't arrive until mid/end of March.
I detailed my main issues in this thread;

The car is a blast to drive, though, and I had tempered expectations in regards to fit and finish going into this.
Ok thanks this is my first Tesla and these 1 month grace periods for delivery are horrible
I've had 5 transactions with them. Be patient. When your window goes down to one week, then you can get excited.
My EDD went from 2-14/3-14 to 2-16/2-26 hopefully I see a vin and delivery soon

Today was Delivery Day and I was routed to Burbank, but not the parking garage listed in the OP.
Instead I was sent to the Tesla Dealership for pickup and directed to a cone number at a parking space.
Touchless and painless, I was able to do everything by myself.
I did a walk around and did a slow video (to confirm if I notice something that it was there on delivery) of the vehicle's exterior. I resolved not to be 'that guy' and look way too closely and collect a series of issues that would make me love my car less. It looked awesome with no obvious issues so I paid via Plaid, hit accept, and was able to unlock the car from my phone.
