Found a 10mm bolt under plastic cover above rear bumper

Hello all, I took delivery of a new Model Y two days ago. Noticed a gap between the rear bumper and the rubber seal for the trunk. I removed the plastic cover above the rear bumper in the trunk to see if I can adjust the seal to close the gap (no luck by the way). There I found a 10mm bolt 3/4” long. The bolt can fit a 7/32 allen wrench and has a rubber coating under the head. Does anybody know where this goes? Hoping this is just an extra bolt that an assembly worker accidentally dropped.
