Found a usb device, does this belong to my car?

I found this on the floor of the passenger side seat and it is very magnetic (attaches to any metal surface)

Could this be something from the car that got displaced ?

My car is 2013 model s. And right before this i was as trying to get out of the car from passenger side (as a driver) and i did pop out the side panel to the center console. But it didnt pop out on right side. Just left side…

So could this be something from the car ? Or random magnetic usb someone dorpped in my car?

That looks exactly like the charger for a Juul vape to me.

So not a part of the car.
