I bought a used set of factory 20 inch wheels (staggered) for my Model X and powder coated black. I am thinking to use one of the front tire wheel + tire as an emergency backup for a long 10 hour trip. My question is can I use the front driver side wheel to my rear passenger side (Tire rotation will be opposite than that of the tread pattern).
I have the stock contis (the foamies).
