Using 20 inch wheel as spare for MX with 22s

Would I be able to use a 20 inch Model X wheel / tire from a winter set of wheels as a temporary spare tire on a 2019 MX that has the 22 inch wheels on it? The wheel diameter appears extremely close when I place the 20 inch up against the 22. The 20 inch spare will only be used for about 50 miles.

Its fine. Fronts can't fit in the rear but the rears cannot fit up front
