They claim 400 watts for the frunk in the latest T-Sportsline video.
(400 watts) / (48 volts) = 8.3 amperes

T Sportline: "Confirmed with Tesla, both [roof | frunk] auxiliary power taps are rated to 400 watts. Both are protected with solid state circuits, if you exceed 400w, they shut off."

Could be converted to 12v or 120v or there are/will be accessories (OEM & 3rd party) that take 48v ... just like other parts of the Cybertruck.

Looks like some snowplow attachments work with 12v.

While there are few 48v accessories today, I'm sure more will appear if there is demand. A few things a 400W connection could power:
1) Battery Tool charger (think Ryobi, Dewalt, etc.)
2) Small refrigerator
3) Lighting
4) An Air compressor/Tire inflator
5) Fan
6) Inverter for 120 VAC (48v inverters are available now)
7) Water pump
8) Blender
9) Fog machine
10) Garden tools
