I have seen many postings related to frunk. It triggered something from the past.
Back in the day when owned a Porsche Cayman, it also has a frunk. There were discussions about frunk being damaged by what you put in it. If content of the frunk bounces during the drive, it can dent the hood from the inside. I thought it was a little crazy but I guess it was real enough that someone actually create a solution for it - Under-Hood liner. I've never seen it in person.
Looking at it, the liner may provide addition stiffness to the hood and may even reduce some noise. Would something like that help with the frunk hood problem on Tesla or this is a solution in search of a problem?
