FSDbeta 11.4.9 issues/improvements tracker

To track good and bad things about FSDbeta 11.4.9.
Will try to replicate and confirm.
Assuming FSDbeta version is the same across all 2023.44.30+ versions.

I haven't noticed any improvements, other than the nags are much more frequent and annoying.

Agreed. Feels a bit faster. Still gets timid at stop signs when others cars or people are present. Does not care about speed bumps in my area. Overall pretty much the same.

The only thing I would say it regressed on is predicting other vehicles behaviour and slowing/speeding up accordingly, feels much less smooth.
