Anyone know if the Royal Caribbean cruise port has chargers while on the cruise ship?

AFAIK it does not. The TRYP by Wyndham very close by does have three J1772's. They might allow parking during a cruise, if so it would certainly require valet access to allow moving fi the charger is needed. I suggest calling. These days there is probably more flexibility than there may have been a year ago.

Further away there are more options some of which may have shuttle service for the terminal. Those may have changes since last year too.

I would do some calling, because nothing is like it was before...

Thanks the shuttle is a good idea. We have a cruise booked for end of April.

Plugging into a 120V/20A outlet would be more than adequate to charge your car during a cruise.
