Garage Prep for Delivery!

Hello all,

I thought I would share my garage now that I have it prepped for my new Black P85 S. It was horrid before, and of course I didn't take any before shots. I had to run a sub-panel for the charger, and have yet to receive the HPWC so I decided to run multiple lines for the 2 outlets. One 100A for the HPWC and a 50A for the 14-50 jack. I would love to get some Tesla items to decorate, but I thought I would share it now. The floor is by Racedeck and was a "Snap" to install. Overall a great week project. Now just need my car to arrive!

Thanks for the comments. I have a small one car garage and I have 4 cars. The wifes BMW is getting the boot now! The garage door is just under 8'6" wide. While the entire garage is roughly 12X21. The racedeck flooring is 10x20. I have rubber bumpers that Im installing on the drivers side but dont want to mount them till the car arrives. On a different note, just got my VIN, so Im hoping delivery is soon.

No kidding! I'm gonna have to move a lawnmower and an old turkey fryer to get the S in. That's my garage prep.:smile:

WoooHooo I am very excited now! I get to pick up my car on Friday. Too bad just got hit with a snow storm. Can only hope it all melts in the next two days.

What is the cost of the Race Deck? That looked very nice. What cabinets did you install? Were they on wheels?

A minor delay in delivery has now set my pickup back till late today or tomorrow. But the garage is about 90% complete. A couple of finishing touches and it will be done. Adding pressed metal on a stair and waiting on the HPWC.

Right now I have a 14-50 jack installed but also have a seperate run for the HPWC as well. Good for sharing in case any other EV want to stop by!

Have you thought about putting some cushioning on the wall to help prevent damage when opening the door to get in or out?
Can passengers get in on their side, or do you have to pull out first?

Nice job on the garage! Like the color scheme. I would have used a few blue racedeck accent tiles, at the corners to mark the exact parking spot, and to complement the blue plastic bins, and the vacuum cleaner (is that what that is?) on the wall.

I see you got a cord hanger from pit pal. I think I have the same one.
