Getting to the bottom of the Cabin Noise issue

I know there’s been several posts about this before but was wondering if anyone has got to the bottom of the cabin noise issues (model x 2017). Mine is mainly at higher speeds. On the highway I can barely hear myself think! Tried all the insulation rubber I can throw at it (it usually just falls off) and it doesn’t make a difference.
