OK, as promised, I went through and tuned up a few items (like where it said AWD was a *future* option for Model 3). And added a few things that have popped up. But this is mostly the list that I swiped from one of the earlier links. It isn't Model 3 specific, and it also reaches a bit beyond Tesla. I think it could help folks, and should probably be pinned somewhere. I wonder if TEG could facilitate that? Even better if I had editing ability so it could be kept up to date (when folks suggest additions and changes, as they surely will). But I realize that's not likely to happen for a non-mod.
M3 or 3 or TM3: Usually Tesla Model 3 (Of course also BMW makes the real M3, so context is important!).
MS or S: Tesla Model S.
MX or X: Tesla Model X.
MY or Y: Tesla Model Y. (future)
kWh: kilowatt-hours. Capacity of the battery.
SR: Standard range version of the Model 3 that is rated at 220 miles of range on a full charge.
LR: Long range version of the Model 3 that is rated at 310 miles of range on a full charge.
PUP: Premium Upgrade Package for the Model 3. Includes glass roof, power seats and more.
UHFS: Ultra High Fidelity Sound option on some Teslas. Equivalent is part of PUP on the 3.
SAS: Smart Air Suspension (Future option on Model 3).
AWD: All Wheel Drive (Tesla does this with 2 electric motors).
FWD: Falcon Wing Doors (On Model X, also Front Wheel Drive for non-Tesla cars).
RWD: Rear Wheel Drive.
S60: Model S 60 (60kWh battery)
- Append 'D' for Dual motor (All wheel drive)
- Prepend 'P' instead of 'S' for performance version
- Examples: S40, S70, S75, P85, P85D, S90D, P100D
D: Dual Motor
P: Performance
P-AWD: AWD Performance version of Model 3 (all S and X vehicles are AWD, and only need P designation)
RHD: Right Hand Drive. (Steering wheel on right for where they drive on wrong side of the road).
LHD: Left Hand Drive. (Steering wheel on left for where they drive on correct side of the road).
HUD: Heads Up Display. Information projected on windshield so you can see it while driving.

ICE: Internal Combustion Engine (What regular non-electric cars use)
EV: Electric Vehicle (typically short for BEV these days)
BEV: Battery Electric Vehicle (Electric motor drives wheels powered by a battery)

GF: Gigafactory: Factory where Tesla makes stuff
- GF1 (or just gigafactory or GF) is a Tesla EV battery factory in Nevada
- GF2 is an upcoming solar panel factory in New York for Tesla's Solar City business
- GF3 and beyond are future and will likely make both EV batteries and the cars themselves
AP: Autopilot (Umbrella term for driving assist features such as Autosteer, Autopark and TACC)
EAP: Enhanced Autopilot (Enhanced version that can do even more)
AEB: Automatic Emergency Braking
TACC: Traffic Aware Cruise Control - Adaptive cruise control component of EAP.
FSD: Full Self Driving (Level 5 autonomy. Car can drive itself door-to-door even without you in it)
EVSE: Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment. The box on your wall or cable you plug your EV into.
L1: Level 1 EVSE, Around 10-12A @ 120V AC (common wall outlet). Slow charge rate.
L2: Level 2 EVSE, Around 32-50A @ 240V AC (dryer outlet). Medium charge rate.
L3: High-speed DC charger, 400V+ at very high current. Fast charge rate.
DCFC: DC Fast Charger - A high-speed DC charger. See "L3".
J1772: A type of EVSE connector. The (non-Tesla) standard in USA
CCS: A modification of the J1772 connector that allows for DCFC.
CHAdeMO: A type of EVSE connector that allows for DCFC. Mostly used by Nissan Leaf in US.
WC: Wall Connector (same as HPWC). Tesla's L2 EVSE with Tesla's proprietary connector.
HPWC: High Power Wall Connector (same as WC). Tesla’s L2 EVSE with Tesla’s proprietary connector.
UMC: Universal Mobile Connector. Tesla's L1 / L2 EVSE cable with Tesla's own connector.
SC: Supercharger. Tesla DC fast charger.
