that's exactly what this is if that's activated.

happens to me when im at a stop light and just slightly behind the car in the next lane (we are both at the line). when the light is green and we can proceed, if my initial acceleration is faster than the next car, model 3 will hesitate just a second then resume normally.

Yes it was activated, and I guess this was already a feature when I got my car, so I hadn’t had any hype about it when the update for it came
