Tesla service said they would look into it as my car makes the same noise, and they would get back to me, but it's been about a week and I haven't heard whether I should wait until my annual service or get it fixed now.

I thought it was normal also, apparently that is not the case. When I park and plug in, a few seconds later I hear it.When do hear the noise? I only hear it when I'm outside the car after I plug it in. Is it not supposed to make any noise at all when the louvres are opening and closing?
My service center worked on mine a few weeks ago. They still make noise, but are definitely quieter than before. They still don't sound quite right, though. Hopefully they're 100% fixed. So yours is fixed now and it's completely silent? Even though it's a moving part are you saying that if I'm in my garage at night and it's silent and they open and close when I plug in, I should not hear anything?

My Service Center told me that the noise is normal. They said that sand & dirt gets in the louvers and causes the noise.
