Other than ensuring you have the correct voting proxy information, is there any sign up needed to attend the Tesla AG meeting - if so, can someone point me at the correct link?

Or can you simply turn up?

    Thanks

Richard, you can simply turn up. You'd need some form of evidence of being a shareholder like a printout of your brokerage statement showing your TSLA holdings. The staff did a cursory check of this last year.

    Update:

One week from today (May 25th) is the deadline to sign up for the group lunch.

    So far we have:

    6 people signed up
    7 maybes
2 just joining for a quick drink

We normally have 15-25 folks, so please contact me if you are interested. If there are too few people this year, I might cancel, and just let folks gather and fend for themselves. We've had a lot of fun last two years with a whole portion of the restaurant to ourselves. We had to drag ourselves away after 3-4 hours of food and talking.

Final count: 11 folks, plus 2 for drinks.

This is much smaller than the two previous years, but I am looking forward to seeing everyone. Meet at the signature red Model X in the handicap space after the meeting.

    :)

    Wow, really?

We switched our votes on proxyvote.com from online to "attend the meeting" yesterday. Seems like a "control" issue if that's all that's needed..
