Grunting sound while turning steering wheel more than 45 deg

2021 refreshed Model S. Has anyone encountered issue shown in this video? Whenever I try to make turn more than 45 deg, reverse or forward, I get this sound. Any idea what it could be?

That's a serious thumping sound so schedule a service appt asap.

I dropped it off at silver spring, MD SC today. They said thumping sound is normal and it’s due to not having winter tires and tires are skipping! I explained that I never had this issue until just two week ago. This is their actual response:

I also had intermittent GPS issue where car was way off on the map, and as a result, autopilot was unusable. They said GPS issue is normal too and it’s due to satellite . I never had this issue on my previous model S and on this new model S until just few weeks ago.

This doesn’t make any sense to me.

I’ve experienced the same noise but only in reverse from passenger fromt tire. I ve read its normal for an awd vehicle with wide tires.

The response from Tesla doesn't make much sense, have they checked the suspension components?
