Vendor GTA - Model S Study

Hi everyone,

My startup Alchemy (recently rebranded from Neverfrost) is creating a thin, transparent film called ExoShield that is applied on the exterior surface of the windshield. It prevents stone chips, blocks solar infrared heat in the summer, and prevents overnight frost during the winter.

We believe the solar heat blocking property can help improve battery driving range by reducing A/C usage, and are looking for one Model S to study this on. We already have another Model S for this study, so we're hoping to use your vehicle as the control vehicle. It'll be sitting in a parking lot, idling for 4-6 hours while the A/C runs. Here is a document outlining the study (we are in Phase 1 right now): Alchemy - EV Study.pdf.

Would it be possible for us to use your Model S vehicle for the study? We're more than happy to get you a replacement vehicle while your Model S is being used for the study.

I am in the process of getting my second wind shield replacement in the last 8 months for my Model S. 2 rock impacts.

So if anything was lost it was this post. You might say that I found it and returned it to the present.
