Has anyone been able to schedule charging in their 3?

The option is greyed out in mine and I just wanted to confirm that this is normal behavior at this point. I assume it is, and that the option will be enabled soon via OTA update, but would appreciate if someone could confirm.

It is not currently enabled for any 3 owners. Presumably it's coming OTA, but no word on when.
