Have a not so good delivery experience at Potomac, MD

My model 3 was deliveried at Monday afternoon, a heavy rain afternoon. Tesla deliveried my car to home directly. I almostly didn't check anything because the heavy rain and I don't have a garage. I don't recommend the delivery to home, because my Tesla specialist drive my car to my home, that I thought my car should be carried by a truck.

Complain points:
1) The quality control of Tesla is not so good
  • My car don't have the logo outside the rear trunk
  • In the driver door and left back door have two obvious scratches
  • In the center console, there is a obvious scratch after I remove the protection. In the cup holder, there is a screw
  • The RFID reader in the center console can't read the key card for my wife's phone, for me seems ok. It's werid.
2) The management control of Tesla is not so good. My specialist temporarily support the final delivery due to the massive delivery requirement currently, and I was her first delivery owner.
  • She is not familar with Model 3. For example, I forget how to enable the mobile access, she didn't know too. And she mislead me that Tesla need to finish the paper work I assigned firstly.
  • She hasn't been told that she need to take my pay check for the remaining down payment.
  • She took my second key card when she go back to office.
Anyway, I appeciated her good attitude and I like this car. But when the main players in the car market start to produce EV cars with much better quality control and almost same features, Tesla should face very big challenge in the next year.
