i need help please. I purchased a 1 year old model S from a private dealership a month ago and I love it.
However, I still have not been able to get it linked to my account.
I have followed the guidelines on Tesla’s website and emailed them all the info they require, but 3 weeks later I still have no response.
As you all know it’s impossible to reach someone on the customer service number, it always refers you back to the app... which I can’t use without a linked account.
I can’t find the live chat on the Tesla website.
I need help, anyone have suggestions?
