Hello fellow Tesla owners,
I have had a worst experience during Tesla Service visit in Warsaw, Poland. Long story short - car was not fixed because of missing part after they have sent me a confirmation that all parts are ready and in place. Traveled ~600 km, rented a hotel for two nights because of service delays. Despite all those, after I kindly asked for them to charge the car to at least minimum 20% they replied "that does not bother me at all...". Would like to issue a complaint, but I was unable to find a contact of customer support (every link navigates to FAQ or smth like that). Any one had similar experience and would know what is my best options?
