I just bought 2019 model X ! On the screen have “ supercharging unavailable add payment method “
How can I charge my car until tesla ownership transfer ??
Plz help , everyday i drive 50 miles to work
110 charge wont help !

Do you have a Tesla app and Tesla account?

Do you have a dryer plug near your garage?

You need to open your Tesla account on the Tesla website first.

Then "Add" your new car. It will ask for VIN. You will need to upload your proof of ownership. You can enter your credit/debit card there.

Once the ownership is verified, you'll be able to supercharge.

I know you probably got this resolved, but for those that stumbled across this issue, call Tesla 8885183752. They were able to assist me with this persistent error message.
