Just had a catastrophic component failure, when the front right suspension collapsed, due to a broken link. Shocked that it cost £2500 to repair, and the car is 'just out of warranty' (less than 4 years old, but with 60,000 miles on the clock while the warranty limit is 50,000). In a way that's just life, but I have been really disappointed with the way Tesla handled it. Impossible to speak to an expert there, just receptionists. Apparently no concern that the wheels should start falling off a car less than 4 years old ! The experience has taken the shine off my love of Tesla. If this approach to customer service is corporate policy, then I think it needs changing, otherwise a lot of customers are going to be thoroughly cheesed off.
