Was just told by my sales advisor that the IT system that allows Tesla to pay 3rd parties to do home deliveries is down (at least in the North East), with no ETA for a fix. My car was supposed to be delivered today.
They're offering me $400 in Tesla Shop credit and a free 2-day, 1-way rental to drive to the sales location where my car is sitting to get it myself (318 miles and 5+hrs away). Not worth it.
Frustrating.
