It does indeed. Access to the chargers is blocked by a chain until you ask the doormen and then they will let you in to the area where they are. There is a 90 min limit at the chargers and after that you get normal car parking charges (very good idea I think).

This year a great many Hotel chains will be installing the 'normal' chargers all over the UK.
