How do you get a service advisor?

So I ordered a MYLR7 in March online. I am currently in australia but moving to Canada in august. I chose the downtown Toronto delivery location. I see so many threads about people saying to speak to your service advisor. How does one get one? I have not received any texts or phone calls but do have an Aussie number only at present.

Look up your nearest sales center on the Tesla website and email them your info and questions. Your service advisor should reply. You can also call the number listed too or visit them in person. Some people also use the chat option on the Tesla website.
