I used a bar from my Prius to get the lugs off, they weren't on supertight like you find sometimes. I used a small impact gun to help get them on and off quickly and a torque wrench to finish up.

Just be very careful with the impact wrench. If you change wheels often you need to have the impact set to lowest level and pull off trigger before it finishes.
By the time you futz around with hoses and the tool I don’t find it saves meaningful time overall compared to spinning the socket/nuts with my fingers. But if you have a helper that’s probably different, and even without it can -feel- faster.
