How often does walk-up unlock not work? Why does it happen?

In the very recent versions of the car and Android app software it seems to have got much better. Can anybody confirm this? Being unable to open the doors has become a rare event.

When it does happen, I usually try to find out what helps. First I wait 20 s. Then I disable and re-enable Bluetooth. Then I activate and de-activate airplane mode. Then I open the Tesla app, but I haven't had to do that in a long time.

As a sort of update, a few weeks ago Casper refused to unlock for my phone and I had to use the key card to unlock and drive it. Rebooting the phone fixed the problem though.
