I recently purchased a used Model S P100D 2018 from a well known dealership Parkplace DFW. I paid in cash. I sent all information to [email protected] and asked for adding this car to my Tesla account. Followings are what I sent. 1. Photo ID (name matched with title) 2. Title 3. Email address like to link 4. Name and Address 5. Phone Number I sent 3 times to them since 8 days ago but I have not received anything from them. I try to find a number to call however, there seems like no option I could chose when I talk to robots. Does anyone know what should I do or any suggestions? Thank you all!
