How to add a Tesla purchased from a dealership in my account?

I recently purchased a used Model S P100D 2018 from a well known dealership Parkplace DFW. I paid in cash. I sent all information to [email protected] and asked for adding this car to my Tesla account. Followings are what I sent.
1. Photo ID (name matched with title)
2. Title
3. Email address like to link
4. Name and Address
5. Phone Number
I sent 3 times to them since 8 days ago but I have not received anything from them. I try to find a number to call however, there seems like no option I could chose when I talk to robots.
Does anyone know what should I do or any suggestions?

Yes, I had Similar problem like yours, I needed to purchase the Full Self Driving for 3k before it when up at end of month (NOV 2019) I called to service centers and main to the mangers at and told them wanted to pay in cash, check, PayPal Etc., They checked and told me only purchasing a debit type Visa or Master card from any store. but I looked up it was impossible to make it before Tesla’s offer expired. I even Twitter Elon to make more payment options available like above cash,PayPal which Elon once own and it fell on deft ears.You would think they would offer more Financial ways to pay online or at service centers making less difficult for the consumers being a High Tech Company to make it more Viable . Side note when I purchased my M3 I trade my 2018 for it, I traded it and recived credit back, Had clear Title, and no balance after 8 months there Financial center called me and said I still owed $965. On there records even with a clear Title on the car. For ongoing situation with numerous calls and texts with there Financial consultants till this date have not received satisfactory outcome, I told them and realized the company still growing pains and understood,, but Organization still is very flawed which is very disturbing. All said best car, care car service, but the internal makeup of the inter going’s on of the company needs a major overhauling I am sure not only one but Swept under the rug.
If this keeps up next time my money may go else where just to have peace of mind. Till now still on going and my patients is running thin. I’ll give you the connection of good connection the guy very understanding like me tired to do his job and up and beyond more than his title which company should have more of ,but sadly not recognized. This name is Russell in Tesla Financial department but like I said he even has hard time of getting a correct answer is vey sad,

I don’t know If you figured this out yet but I had the same situation happen. Sent in my stuff waited close to 20 days and had heard nothing. I finally was able to reach someone through Tesla.com by using the chat feature. The person I “chatted” with for about 5 minutes was able to take care of it then and there. She said it could take 8 hours but I looked at my app after closing the browser screen it was already on it.
 
Yea, please contact the chat department as their email team is useless or is busy. The chat team gets things done fast! But be aware they buried the crap out of the contact means of chatting with them within the tesla.com support page. Bastids!
