How to get signed MVPA (Purchase Agreement)

Does anyone know how to get a SIGNED Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement. Need it to get the CA state rebate. The one on the My Tesla page is the old draft not the signed one.

FWIW was told that signed one would be uploaded, but it has been 3 weeks and nothing yet.

Also ideas on who to call or e-mail at that black hole of information called Tesla.....45 min wait for Sales and no one at Delivery picks up the phone.

Did you get a Delivery Declaration when you picked up your car? If so, you can use that in lieu of having a signed MVPA.

On Page 18, it shows what you need for Teslas. I went with Option 3 (Sample 4, 5 & 6).

Thanks....will take a look at the link and what I have.

Ridiculous that after paying them $60K can't get a final copy from Tesla. Great car design but everything else so far has sucked. I fear that Tesla may end up like the old Tucker....way ahead of its time but out of business because they could not plan for basic things,

I had to go back to Fremont to get a copy of the signed docs. Fortunately I work only about 10 minutes away (if 237 and 880 are clear).
