Missing Purchase agreement

Hello guys,
I took the delivery of my model 3 on June 30 this year. I am applying for the California Rebate Program, and they asked me to provide the signed purchase agreement(Retail Installment Sale Contract). But I can only find the copy of the original version in my glovebox without my signature. And the signature panel is covered by the black box on that doc. Obviously, it's not acceptable by the rebate advisor. I contacted Tesla and was told these are all docs they can get access to, they are not able to provide the signed copy. The submission window deadline is almost there. Does anyone have met this situation before?

I guess I am in the same boat, but I wasn’t aware there was a problem. I just called up the document from Tesla and signed it on my iPad screen and then sent that. Did the rebate advisor actually state that was a bad thing to do?

In my case there was singed mvpa doc in globebox. Had to Call the Tesla sales to request signed copy of doc and they emailed it.

What is the California Rebate Program? I thought that ended?
