How to get Tesla Slacker back after give up personal account?

Now with Spotify, and with the Slacker hack no longer working that gave me my Custom Stations, I want to revert back to the Tesla account and dump my personal one - how do I do that? I don't have login info the the Tesla account that came with the car (they won't give it out if you ask)?

Are you saying you did ask and they won't give it to you? Or are you asking if they will give it to you?

They used to email it out for S/X owners. Pretty sure they won't for 3/Y. But they must have a service center restore option.

I hope you don't have to do a factory reset, but if you do I am curious as to the results.

You will need to request that tesla send a remote reset. You will lose some settings, like driver profiles, I think.
