how to hide location of

hello all.

I am the primary driver on the tesla app account. If I add an additional driver to my car and have the additional driver to download new APP on his/her phone to control the car via the new APP on his/her phone, how can I hide the location tracking of the car away from the additional driver while I am driving?

I know one option is to disable "mobile access" on my MCU in the car while I am driving. But then the APP will says mobile access is disable. But how can I hide location tracking away from additional driver without him/her know that mobile access is disable by me on the MCU while I am driver?

Instead of giving the other driver access to the app you can just give them a card or a keyfob.

It may say it is disabled by you, but you know how buggy Teslas can be at times. Not always inconvenient...

too late now. wife already has the app.... if I disable mobile access, it says that on the app. lol.
