How to remove rear seats in refresh Model X?

I drag race frequently and I was thinking in temporary taking out the rear seats (either just the back row or the captain's chairs as well)
I have not found any videos or instructions on how to do that for refresh Model X Plaid or Long Range.
Does anyone have instructions and an estimate on how long it takes to take them out and back in? I need the seats as my Plaid is my daily driver and I have kids but I would like to see what the car would run with 100 - 200 lbs less weight.

Its not a 5 min job and you need to make a custom floor when finished ..You need to remove the rear seat controllers and make a custom harness so you can do future updates ..tesla will not do this because of nhsta requirements but the warranty will still be valid

I'm just looking to TEMPORARY remove them for racing and then put them right back.

It takes about an hr ..it will defiantly make a difference cause those seats are heavy i would remove the passenger seat as well

1 hr isn't bad at all.. So, 2 hrs to remove and then re-install.
