Yes, but only if the offset is correct. Swap over your stock tires and TPMS sensors. A reputable tire store will reset your TPMS and you are good to go. If you can, go 21x9.5 in the front.
As for different tire sizes, check weight ratings and be sure to keep the diameters close to stock. If the offset is correct you will be able to fit few different tires going wider and lower profile.

Thank you for the helpful replies (also on the 22" on Model S thread). The HRE offsets are +18/+20. Stock Arachnids are +40/+40. Doesn't look like these HREs will work, unfortunately. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Since you have less positive offset wheel spacers would work. I am not a fan of spacers, but many use them.
